If you are the Seller of a domain in auction, the following tables are guides that offer descriptions of the status of your domain as well as the next steps you should take.

Offer/Counter Offer

Seller Status Status Description Next Step
Email Buyer for details Domain didn't move automatically to Buyer. Click the Email Buyer link to send Buyer a message Manually move domain to Buyer
Funds Received, Authorization Pending 5 day window to verify funds Wait until day 6, as domain will most likely transfer automatically. If it doesn't, contact Buyer to manually transfer the domain
Pending Bidder Purchase Buyer is required to make agreed payment Wait for Buyer to pay; contact Support if payment is not made after 5 days

Buy Now Only

Seller Status Status Description Next Step
Pending Bidder Purchase Buyer has added domain to cart, but hasn't paid yet. Wait for Buyer to pay; contact Support if payment is not made after 5 days
Funds Received, Authorization Pending 5 day window to verify funds Wait until day 6, as domain will most likely transfer automatically. If it doesn't, contact Seller to manually transfer the domain
Email Seller for Details This domain didn't move automatically to the Buyer. Click the Email Seller link to send Seller a message Manually move domain to Buyer

7-Day Public Auction
